I love Disney's Animal Kingdom.  Unlike almost everyone else, this Park is my absolute, hands-down favorite out of the four Florida Disney theme parks.

While my love of animals is a big reason for this, Disney's attention to details and the back stories of this park complete it for me.  There are so many things most people walk right by.

This little coffee shop is one of them.  It's the Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery.  Take a look at the menu below, provided by The Mouse for Less.  Maybe it will convince you to slow down the next time you are rushing through Africa to get to the safari ride.  Enjoy...
