To make it, start with 125 milliliters (ml) of ground coffee, 80 ml of chocolate syrup, a tablespoon of cinnamon, 250 ml of milk, 60 ml of brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, and one teaspoon of vanilla.
Combine the coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg and brew it the way you prefer. Heat brown sugar, syrup and milk in a small saucepan. Stir till the sugar melts and dissolves. Pour everything into hot coffee before adding some vanilla. Your Mexican Coffee is now ready to enjoy.
How about something even more exotic like Thai Iced Coffee? This smooth blend will surely excite your palate! Make it with the following ingredients: 2 teaspoons of ground cardamom, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of heavy cream, and a teaspoon of almond extract.
Start with four cups of brewed coffee and combine it with the ground cardamom. Pour sugar and the almond extract into the hot coffee, and mix until it all dissolves. Let the mixture cool before filling four tall glasses with crushed ice and coffee. Add a spoonful of cream to each glass and it is ready to go.
