Coffee Punch - Recipe

Not sure about this...but if you're having a party where a lot of coffee lovers will be attending, maybe this is an option....

Ingredients:

1 gallon	Brewed French Vanilla Coffee, chilled
3 cups	Coffee Liqueur, such as kahlua
1 gallon	Coffee Ice Cream, softened

Directions:

In large punch bowl, mix coffee and liqueur. Whisk in ice cream until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve at once. Makes about 2 1/2 gallons.

Espresso Martini Cocktail - Recipe

Oh my...I don't drink, but if you do, here is a coffee martini recipe sure to keep you awake...short and simple.

This Espresso Martini is just one of many coffee-like Martini recipes being made today. I like this one because it actually uses chilled espresso that gives that caffeinated kick you just can't duplicate with coffee liqueurs. This is a fantastic before or after dinner drink, happy hour cocktail, or, really, anytime you desire a great coffee flavored cocktail.

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 3/4 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
• 1/4 oz white creme de cacao
• 1 oz cold espresso

Preparation:

1. Pour the vodka and Kahlua, creme de cacao and espresso into a cocktail shaker with ice.
