RECIPE - Grilled Coffee and Garlic Rubbed Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 teaspoons Folgers® Black Silk Coffee, ground
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 bone-in center cut pork chops (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Olive Oil



  • DIRECTIONS


  • COMBINE coffee, garlic powder, mustard, paprika, brown sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl.

  • COAT pork chops with spice mixture. Let rest 5 minutes.

  • BRUSH pork chops with olive oil. Grill over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reads 145°F. Remove from grill. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
