RECIPE - Grilled Coffee and Garlic Rubbed Pork Chops

Folgers® Black Silk Coffee, ground

teaspoons
garlic powder

teaspoon
dry mustard

teaspoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
firmly packed brown sugar
3/4
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
4
bone-in center cut pork chops (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
1/4
cup
Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
COMBINE coffee, garlic powder, mustard, paprika, brown sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl.
COAT pork chops with spice mixture. Let rest 5 minutes.
BRUSH pork chops with olive oil. Grill
over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until internal
temperature reads 145°F. Remove from grill. Cover and let rest for 5
minutes.
