"Iced Mocha Mix1/2 cup instant coffee granules, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup dry milk
powder, 1 cup powdered creamer, 1/2 cup baking cocoa, 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Combine
all ingredients in an airtight container. May be stored for up to a
year.
For an iced drink, in a blender combine 1 1/2 cups ice, 1/2 cup
milk, and 1/2 cup of dry mocha mix. For a warm drink, stir 3-5
Tablespoons into a cup of warm water, to taste."

DIRECTIONS
COMBINE coffee, garlic powder, mustard, paprika, brown sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl.
COAT pork chops with spice mixture. Let rest 5 minutes.
BRUSH pork chops with olive oil. Grill
over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until internal
temperature reads 145°F. Remove from grill. Cover and let rest for 5
minutes.
