Cinnamon Latte - Recipe!

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. milk
• 3T-4% cinnamon-flavored syrup
• 1/4 c. hot, fresh, strong brewed Folgers French Roast Coffee or Folgers Black Silk Coffee
• Whipped Cream
• Smucker's Sundae Syrup, Caramel-Flavored Syrup (garnish)
• Ground cinnamon, garnish

Recipe

• Pour milk into 1-quart microwave-safe bowl
• Microwave on high 1-1 1/2 minutes or until hot (not boiling)
• Whisk until foamy
• Pour cinnamon syrup into standard-size coffee cup
• Microwave on high 20 seconds to warm syrup
• Stir in  hot coffee
• Add steamed milk to brim of cup
• Top with swirl of whipped cream
• Drizzle with caramel sundae syrup
• Sprinkle with cinnamon
• Serve immediately

Caribou Coffee Welcome New Holiday Coffee Flavors!

Yeah!  Caribou has joined the coffee crowd...

Ho Ho Mocha and Fa La Latte (with eggnog) are now available at your local stores!  I love the names!  How fun are they?

White Chocolate Caramel Latte (with or without shots of espresso) - Recipe!

Savor the sweet taste of White Chocolate Caramel Latte with either shots of espresso or espresso coffee. This foam covered treat is nothing short of perfection. Serve in a tall cup to make a dramatic presentation. 

Yield: 1

Ingredients:

3/4 cup 1% milk
2 tablespoons White Chocolate Caramel Latte Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
2 shots (2 ounces) espresso or 1/3 cup hot, freshly brewed dark roast espresso coffee

Instructions:

STEAM* milk and Coffee-mate until 150° to 160° F. Brew espresso into tall coffee mug; pour in milk mixture, holding back foam. Spoon foam over the top.

*If you don’t have a milk steamer, you can simply heat the milk and Coffee-mate on the stove or in a microwave until it just barely reaches a boil. Whisk briskly with a wire whisk to create foam.
